Shipping policy

We detail here all our conditions for shipping and returns. The shipping and return times may be extended during promotional periods or affected by strikes and/or other force majeure causes not attributable to INDI&COLD.

 You can choose to receive your order at your home, in our own stores, or at an InPost point.

The delivery times, from the moment the package leaves our warehouse, will depend on the destination, as follows (business days will be counted):

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, and Madeira.

When you receive the item you purchased at www.indiandcold.com, you should check that it corresponds to what you bought, that it is in perfect condition, and that it has not been damaged during transport. If you detect any issues of this type, you must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the item by sending an email to hola@indiandcold.com, including your personal details, order number, and a description of the issue or problem with the received item(s).

We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution. If you do not receive the order after 10 business days from the notification of shipment, please do not hesitate to inform us of the issue at hola@indiandcold.com so we can review the situation and provide you with a solution.

However, if the received item is defective or has any flaws, you must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the item by sending an email to hola@indiandcold.com, and we will inform you of the steps to follow for resolving the issue.
